Our Story
We are an independent group of artists bent on creating original content graphic novels and other media such as movies, animation, video games and literature of quality worthy of recognition locally and internationally.
Spanton's original inception dates back to 1999 but was formally founded in 2011 in line with the November 19, 2011 Komikon. During the said date, Spanton's first series title Luna was launched.
We aim to revive the fading spotlight to Philippine komiks, animation, films, video games, toys, music and other media and literature. We aim to use art as a tool to express our thoughts, ideas and the like; to use/inspire the imagination of artists/writers/readers alike for self improvement and the improvement of the local art industry.
